Specialized in food design, I have over twenty-three years of experience and great culinary versatility, from Brazilian and Italian cuisine, to classic French and Japanese cuisine, and even the surprising Spanish cuisine, as well as Kosher meat and milk cuisine. I have had the opportunity to work in renowned restaurants such as D.O.M., Kaá, Antonietta Cucina, Buffet França, among others. I have a degree in gastronomy and from the ABS-Brazilian Sommeliers Association (the only worldwide recognized training course for sommeliers in Brazil), and I also make pairings and suggestions for the perfect wine for your dinner.
